Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This is a 13 minute Supine Yoga Stretch that's great for relaxing before bedtime and getting your body ready to sleep.
This yoga stretch takes place entirely lying down. It's very relaxing, great for stress relief after a long day. It can be done in your bed before going to sleep.
You will need a yoga strap for this routine. You can substitute with a belt or scarf, or you can get one here.
