25 Minute Cozy Restorative Yoga

Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, I'll be sharing a 25 Minute Restorative Yoga Class with props.

You'll need 1 yoga blanket (sub w/ thick towel) and 1 yoga bolster (sub w/ large pillow).

HAPPY THANKSGIVING to all my yogi friends in the US! 
I have so much to be thankful for this year, since this year was probably one of the best years of my whole life.
