Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, I'll be sharing a yoga flow warm up routine to “Señorita” by Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello. This is a great quick yoga warm up that you can do to this song. It warms the whole body up, especially after repeating about 2 to 3 times.

wide legged stance
2 shoulder rolls back
clasp hands together at small of the back
reach hands down, look up
arch back and open the chest upwards
release
reach arms up
forward fold
half forward fold (look forward)
forward fold
reach right arm up and twist to the right
reach left arm up and twist to the left
stand up
goddess pose (hold)
triangle pose (left)
triangle pose (right)
reach arms up
forward fold
half forward fold (look forward)
forward fold
reach right arm up and twist to the right

stand up and reach arms up
