Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, I'm sharing a 30 minute yoga class specifically designed for men.
While yoga was originally created by men for men, it has certainly changed over the years. Actually, men, in general, have changed in terms of where they need more strength and flexibility.
In this class, I focus on gaining mobility in the shoulder and neck area, and I also focus a bit on low back and hamstring flexibility.
For this class, you'll need a yoga block (sub w/ a thick book or get one here), a yoga blanket (sub w/ a thick towel or get one here), and a yoga strap (sub with a belt or get one here).
This is also a great hatha yoga class for anyone who struggles with inflexibility in your shoulders, low back, and hamstrings.
