Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This is a 15 minute yoga routine that is completely hands and wrists free.
If you cannot use your wrist or are suffering from wrist soreness, weakness, or pain, you can still get your yoga practice in with this 15 minute yoga sequence.
It's great for beginners and will help you to strengthen your legs and get a nice relaxing stretch.
