Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, we'll be doing a 15 minute yoga routine in a chair. It's great if you work in an office and you're looking to do some yoga at your desk during your break.
It's also great if you're a senior and you're looking to do some gentle yoga for seniors in a chair. Of course, you can modify the yoga sequence wherever is needed.
