Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is DAY 12 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge. It is a 20 minute yoga class for joint mobility! We are focusing on our joints today, and the exercises in this class will help us to keep those joints in good shape!
