Yoga for Abs and Core - Day 13
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 13 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge, and today we'll be focusing on abs and core muscles.
This is a 20 minute hatha yoga class for the abs and core. We will be moving through several strengthening exercises specifically targeting the muscles in your mid-section.
