Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Welcome to Day 14 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge! Today we'll be focusing on the hips with this 30 minute hatha yoga class for hip flexibility and mobility.
We carry a lot of stress and emotions in our hips, so releasing them out on a regular basis is a great idea for a happy and healthy life! For this class, you will need a yoga blanket (sub w/ a thick towel or get one here).
