Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 15 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge, and we'll be doing a 15 minute yoga workout for arms.
For this quick and simple yoga routine, we'll be working on building arm strength and working your arm muscles. Although this is a fast yoga sequence, it is still quite challenging so work with caution and if you feel you cannot do a certain movement, just skip it and move onto the next.
