Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 17 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset challenge and it's a 20 minute hatha yoga class for the legs!
We'll be working on strengthening the leg muscles in various types of poses and then stretching them out at the end of the routine.
You will need a yoga block (sub w/ a thick book or get one here).
