Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 20 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge, and we'll be doing at 15 minute total body yoga workout routine.
This one is quick but a bit challenging... nothing you can't handle, especially if you've been going through the entire challenge with me here over the past 20 days.
You'll be working all the muscles in your body and then relaxing at the end. It's a great quick workout routine for when you're short on time, but still want to build muscle and strength in your body.
