Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 21 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge, and it's a 15 minute restorative yoga class to find yourself.
This is a quick and simple restorative yoga sequence where we'll be using props and holding the poses for longer periods of time. These longer holds will allow you to come inward and discover your true self. Maybe not right away, but with practice and in time, you quieting the mind in this way will help you to achieve this.
For this class, you will need a yoga blanket (sub with a thick towel or get one here), 2 yoga blocks (sub with thick books or get them here) and a yoga bolster (sub with a large pillow or get one here).
