Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 4 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge, and we are doing a 25 minute hatha yoga to find peace of mind.
This class will help you to release tension from the areas where we hold it the most such as the hips, neck, and shoulders. You will get deep into those areas, stretching them out, and releasing stress and tension.
For this class, you may need a yoga blanket (sub w/ a thick towel or get one here).
