Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Welcome to day 9 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset challenge. Today we will be doing a 20 minute yoga class for the inner dialogue.
We'll be doing 2 different pranayama, or yogic breathing exercises to refocus and quiet the mind. We'll also be doing a couple of meditations as well.
For this class, you may want to sit on a folded yoga blanket (sub w/ a thick towel or get one here) to help you avoid overly rounding the low back.
