I always love to practice gratitude, but especially around this time of year. With the holidays coming up and Thanksgiving in the U.S., it's the perfect time of year to celebrate all the things you're grateful for.
This is a great visualization meditation to help you think of something that you are thankful for and feel the thankful and grateful feelings in your body! You can do this meditation in savasana, sukhasana, or sitting in a chair with your feet flat on the ground and spine straight.
