Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! In today's video, I'm sharing a 20 minute hatha yoga for beginners relaxation. This is a very gentle yoga routine, it's a relaxing and calming hatha yoga class that's perfect if you're looking to unwind and relax.
If you are a yoga beginner or even an experienced yogi looking to get back to the basics, then this is the perfect slow-paced yoga routine for you. There is a lot of forward bending, which is very calming.
You'll be stretching the back, the hamstrings, the sides of your upper body, and the glutes mainly throughout this sequence. I hope you enjoy it! :)
