How to do yoga at home with props! Props are great if you are looking to achieve the benefits of a pose, but you have flexibility and/or structural limitations. In this video, I go over why these props are used, and how you can use them for yourself!
**CORRECTION: When discussing the strap, I state that you can use the strap in "garudasana" arms, which is eagle pose, when I ACTUALLY meant you can use it for "gomukhasana" arms, which is cow face pose. The method of use for the strap shown in the video is correct, the name of the pose is incorrect.**
