Post HIIT Workout Yoga Cool Down Stretch

Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! This is a short 10 minute (15 min - 13 minute to be exact) yoga cool down stretch for all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced) for after any workout. This quick yoga stretch is a great way for your body to cool down and relax post workout, which promotes full muscle recovery aiding in more effective strength building and fat burning. 

We'll begin in a wide legged position and come into some neck and shoulder stretches. Next, we'll fold forward (prasarita padottonasana) and add some movement to stretch the hips and low back.  We will then take some forward bends in bound angle pose (baddha konasana) and wide angle pose (upavista konasana). 

We'll then come to laying on our backs and bring one leg up at a time stretching the hamstring (supta padangustasana). We will then take a supine twist on both sides and a happy baby pose (dead bug pose) before coming into a brief savasana meditation.
