Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! In today's video, I will be sharing a 15 minute after run yoga stretch. If you run outside or at the gym, this would be an excellent addition to your routine.

In this 15 min yoga cool down, you'll be moving through a wide legged forward fold (prasarita padottonasana), low lunge, lizard stretch, supine pigeon (thread the needle), supine twist, and savasana.
