How To: Shoulder Stand (Salamba Sarvangasana)

Hi, lovely yogi friends! In today's video, I show you how to safely perform a supported shoulder stand (salamba sarvangasana) with props! This pose can be a bit risky if performed incorrectly, so check out this video to see what props I use and how I use them!


This is a great "starter" inversion. If you're afraid of being upside down, this is a nice cooling and calming way to give it a try. So here's the video:
