Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, I am sharing my 7 Healthy Habits for the New Year! These are habits that I will be bringing into my own life on a consistent basis, and I think they would be great for everyone to try as well!
They say it takes 66 days to form a habit. I honestly believe that this number is very subjective since someone can form a habit of committing to it and making it a priority to bring into her or his life.
I don't really relate to the term "new year's resolutions," which is why I titled this video "healthy habits" instead. Even though you can always begin a new healthy habit any time of the year, the start of a new year can often be seen as a fresh start, and I think it's a great time to refresh and start over.
