Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, I'll be sharing a 10 minute guided meditation to release a persistent negative thought or worry.
This is a great meditation to do if you're anxious or have anxiety about a particular issue going on in your life. It will help you to recognize that the persistent thought is just a thought and it does not have to control your life.
