Warrior 1 (virabhdrasana 1) is one of my favorite yoga poses! I actually use to hate it because it would hurt my back knee. This was because, when I first learned it, I was led to believe that it wasn't even good for your knees at all, which isn't true if you know how to do it correctly.
Luckily, I was eventually taught the right way to do warrior 1 without hurting my knee, and now I absolutely love it! I hope that after this video, you'll feel the same way that I do.
