Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This is a 10 Minute Yoga for happiness to lift your spirits and make you feel better!! 

This is a great yoga routine to do if you are feeling a bit depressed, low, down in the dumps, or just need a little mood-booster! It's simple, quick and gets the job done. Definitely give it a try!

During this class, we'll be moving through cat and cow, melting heart (puppy stretch), low cobra (bujangasana), sphynx pose, sun breaths, seated twist (ardha matsyandrasana), and easy pose (sukhasana).
