Yoga Class for Self-Reflection

Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! In today's video, I am sharing a 30 Minute Yoga Class for Self-Reflection.

For this class, you will need 2 yoga blocks (sub w/ thick books or get them here), 1 yoga blanket (sub w/ a towel or get it here), and a yoga bolster (sub w/ a bed pillow or get it here).

This class combines yoga poses from the styles of hatha yoga, restorative yoga, and yin yoga. During these poses, you will be instructed to come inward and focus on yourself, your thoughts, and your breath. It really helps when you are in need of some reflecting and self- awareness.
