Yoga to Set Intentions

Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today I am sharing a 30 Minute Yoga Class to set intentions for the new year or whenever you need to!

For this class, you may need a yoga blanket (sub w/ a thick towel/blanket or get one here)

This is a very gentle yoga stretch with a guided meditation at the start to help you to get clear in your mind with your intentions and set them in motion. 

This is great for setting goals and for visualization of anything you'd like to achieve! It's perfect for this time of year, especially if we have some new year's resolutions that we want to accomplish!

In this yoga class, we'll be moving through a guided meditation in easy pose (sukhasana), a forward fold, cat and cow, melting heart yin yoga pose, a twist, low lunge, runners stretch, pigeon pose, and a supine hip stretch with a twist at the end before relaxing into savasana.
