Yoga Workout for Arms and Core
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! In today's video, I will be sharing a 15 min Yoga for Arms and Core muscles! This is a quick, yet intense, yoga workout that is perfect for losing weight and building strength.
In this yoga routine, you will move through cat and cow, plank to downward facing dog (adho mukha svanasana), plank to side plank (vasisthasana), child's pose (balasana), boat pose (navasana), and a forward fold in easy pose (sukhasana). Savasana at the end is optional.
