30 Minute Yoga Flow for Positivity and Energy

Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This is a 30-minute yoga class for positivity! This class is great for strong beginners, and you will need 2 yoga blocks (sub w/ thick books or buy them here) and a yoga bolster (sub w/ a thick pillow or buy it here).

This is a great yoga class for energy and it involved a lot of heart-opening yoga poses. It will also help you to improve your posture, and it's mood-boosting and uplifting!

During this class, you will be moving through a meditation in easy pose (sukhasana), an upper back arch, a seated twist, cat and cow stretches, downward facing dog (adho mukha svanasana), sun breaths, sun salutation a (surya namaskara a) with low cobra (bujangasana), salabasana, low lunge with an arch, bridge pose (setu bandha sarvangasana), apanasana, a supine twist, and ending with savanana with an elevated bolster for heart opening.
