Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! In today's video, I am sharing a 30 Minute Yoga Class to Make You Sweat!
This is a full 30 minute at home yoga class workout to burn fat, build muscle strength, and you will definitely work up a sweat!
This class is a mix of vinyasa and hatha yoga styles with a few sun salutations and a lot of variations on yoga poses to "feel the burn" and strengthen your muscles.
