Yoga for Indigestion
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! In today's video, I am sharing a 20 Minute Yoga Routine for Indigestion. This would be great for this time of year since many of us overeat and celebrate the holidays with unhealthy foods and drinks.
This would also be a great sequence to do to help with digestion, gas, bloating, upset stomach, heartburn which are some of the symptoms associated with acid reflux, IBS, and ulcertative colitis.
Throughout this routine, we'll be moving through apanasna, a twist, cat and cow, downward facing dog (adho mukha svanasana), high lunge, twist, prasarita padottanasana, ardha matsyandrasana, and savasana.
