4 Minute Slow Yoga to 'Talk' by Khalid
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, I'll be sharing a slow yoga flow routine to “Talk” by Khalid. This is a great quick yoga warm up that you can do to this song. It warms the whole body up, especially after repeating about 2 to 3 times.
This is another video in my new series of yoga routines to pop music. If you missed it, a while ago I did a full-body yoga flow workout to “bad guy'“ by Billie Eilish.

♡ WRITTEN YOGA FLOW ROUTINE:
cat/cow 3x’s
Isolated head and hip rotation (right)
cat/cow
Isolated head and hip rotation (left)
upward facing dog
downward facing dog w/ peddling legs
3-legged dog (right)
into external rotation hip stretch
knee to nose 2x’s
(repeat on the left)
peddle legs in down dog
raise heels, bend knees, look forward
step up into half forward fold
fold forward, hold elbows
sway from side to side
come up to standing, raise arms
lower arms, stand in mountain pose
step right leg back into high lunge
move into warrior 2
move into reverse warrior
move into extended triangle pose
come through high lunge
step into mountain pose w/ high knee
(repeat on the right)
slide right foot back into low lunge
externally rotate legs into squatting hamstring stretch
switch to right side
stand up into wide legged forward fold
stand up & bring feet to center
