15 Minute Yoga for Forgiveness - Yoga for a Last Quarter Moon
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, I am sharing a 15 minute Hatha Yoga Routine for forgiveness, which was created for the Last Quarter Moon Phase.
This is a gentle yoga stretch routine created to release tension allowing you to accept forgiveness into your heart. You may need a yoga strap, belt, or scarf to perform certain poses (get one here).
