Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This is a 15 Minute Hatha Yoga Routine for New Beginnings, and it was created to be done during a New Moon Phase.
During the New Moon, we can start again and create a new beginning in our lives. If we just take a few moments and practice this routing keeping positivity and light in our minds, then we can create a positive atmosphere for the upcoming moon cycle.
