These poses will provide your body will well-rounded full-body stretches to gradually and safely gain flexibility. These yoga stretches are very gentle, and for a lot of them, you can modify them to make it a deeper or more gentle stretch if needed.
The poses that I will be discussing in this video will provide you with flexibility in the back, hips, shoulder, chest, and arms. Perform these poses regularly in order to reap the benefits and actually improve your flexibility.
