Hatha Yoga to Build Strength
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This is a 30 Minute Hatha Yoga Class to Build Strength! It's a full body yoga workout that with help you to build muscle and lose weight.
This 30-minute yoga workout routine is great for all levels, and it can certainly be practiced by yoga beginners.
For this yoga class, we will move through easy pose (sukhasana), forward fold, twist, low lunge, hamstring stretch, twist, plank pose, locust pose (salabasana), plank pose, downward facing dog (adho mukha svanasana), warrior 2 (virabhadrasana II), side angle pose (utthita parsvakonasana), prasarita padottonasana, dandhasana, seated twist (marichyasana c), janu sirsasana, bound angle pose (baddha konasana), thread the needle (supine pigeon pose), and finally, savasana.
