15 Minute Yoga for Menstruation - Video 1 in Yoga for Your Cycle Series
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This is the first video in a series called, Yoga for Your Cycle. This video is a 15 minute Yoga Routine for Your Period.
This is the start of your cycle when you are menstruating. This yoga sequence will help you to alleviate some symptoms you may be having such as fatigue, cramps, pelvic tightness, etc.
There are 3 more videos in this series including the Follicular Phase, Ovulation, and the Luteal Phase. Each phase will be explained at the start of each video.
