20 Minute Yoga for the Follicular Phase - Video 2 in Yoga for Your Cycle Series
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! This is the second video in my Yoga for Your Cycle Series, and it is Yoga for your Follicular Phase!!
This yoga routine is about 20 minutes, and it is for women or anyone who experiences the Follicular Phase, which comes right when your period ends.
During this time, you will be experiencing a bit more energy and this routine will help you to harness and focus that energy. This is also the time when your body is preparing to ovulate, so this is great to help aid your body towards ovulation.
