Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today, I'll be sharing a full body yoga flow routine to the song "Bad Guy" by Billie Eilish.
Let's have some fun and do yoga to pop music! Feel free to repeat this flow about 3 to 5 times, or just do it once... whatever, just have fun.
♡ WRITTEN YOGA FLOW ROUTINE:
cat/cow 4x’s
melting heart stretch (a.k.a. puppy stretch)
sphynx
come through forearm plank
come through dolphin pose
stand up in mountain pose
sun salutation a variation
with 3-legged dog
into wild thing
into high lunge w/ 4 knee drops
(repeat on the left)
complete sun salutation
come to wide-legged stance
feet parallel
fold forward, half forward fold
fold forward, hold elbows
sway from side to side
low lunge w/ knee down on the left
hold right foot for quad stretch
back to wide leg forward fold
hold elbows and sway
low lunge w/ knee down on the right
hold left foot for quad stretch
back to wide leg forward fold
stand up, feet parallel
roll shoulders back
raise arms, hold right wrist
tilt over to the left
back to center and switch sides
back to center in mountain pose
arms down
