Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 18 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge and we'll be doing a 20 minute Hatha Yoga Class to Stretch the Legs.
Yesterday was a yoga leg workout, and today we'll be stretching the legs to prevent or relieve sore muscles. You will need 1 yoga strap (sub w/ a belt or get one here) and a free wall.
