Yoga for Self Acceptance - Day 29
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 29 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge, and we'll be doing a 20 minute hatha and yin yoga fusion class for acceptance.
This is a very gentle and relaxing class that will give you plenty of time to quiet the mind and reflect on accepting not only others but yourself as well.
For this practice, you will need a yoga block (sub w/ a thick book or get one here).
