Yoga Stretch for Back Flexibility - Day 19
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 19 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge, and we'll be focusing on back flexibility. This is a 25 minute hatha yoga stretch for the back muscles.
These are some simple beginner hatha yoga stretches to build your way up towards more back flexibility. These poses are very gentle, and it will help you to gain more flexibility and mobility in your back.
You will need one yoga blanket (sub w/ a thick towel or get one here) and you may need 2 yoga blocks (sub w/ thick books or get them here).
