Yoga to Surrender - Day 27
Hi! I'm Christina, and welcome to my yoga YouTube channel, ChriskaYoga! Today is Day 27 of the 30 Day Yoga Reset Challenge, and we'll be doing a 20 minute Hatha Yoga class to Surrender.
This is a very relaxing and calming yoga stretch designed to help you release tension from the areas where we carry it the most. Once the tension and stress is released, then we can begin to surrender and let go.
For this class, you will need 1 yoga strap (sub w/ a belt or get one here) and 1 yoga block (sub w/ a thick book or get one here).
